About Workvera Ltd • Digital Advisory for Individuals & Small Businesses

Workvera Ltd
Digital advisory for individuals and small businesses.

If you've ever felt lost trying to get a device running, find your business on Google, or understand what your website needs — you're exactly who we're here for.

Workvera Ltd is a UK-registered digital advisory company. We provide structured written guidance across four clear areas: device and printer advisory, digital presence, website management, and reference documentation kits.

Ready to get clear, structured guidance you can actually rely on?

Why Workvera exists

Most individuals and small business owners are caught in a frustrating position:

Devices, websites, and online listings that should be simple to manage — but never quite are.

Businesses that genuinely serve their customers well — but can't easily be found online by the people looking for them.

We built Workvera for that exact gap: people who need clear, honest, documented guidance — and who deserve to know exactly what they're paying for before they pay.

Our one-line purpose:
We turn "I'm not sure who to trust with this" into "I have clear, documented guidance I can rely on."

Workvera in one sentence

Workvera is a UK-registered digital advisory company that provides structured, documented guidance across devices, digital presence, websites, and reference kits — for individuals and small businesses who want clarity, not confusion.

Every plan comes with clear documentation — not vague promises that disappear after a call.
Every price is stated upfront. No invoice surprises. No recurring charges you didn't agree to.
We'd rather give you one clear, well-documented plan than ten confusing ones.

Who Workvera is built for

You're in the right place if you recognise yourself in at least one of these:

The Person Whose Device Won't Cooperate

Your printer, laptop, or home device isn't doing what it should — and you want clear, documented guidance to get it working properly, without someone taking over your screen.

The Small Business That Can't Be Found Online

You have a real business with real customers — but when someone searches for what you do locally, you don't appear. You need structured, actionable guidance to change that.

The Business Owner Whose Website Does Nothing

Your website exists, but it's slow, unclear, or not bringing in enquiries. You want an honest review and a clear plan — not an expensive full redesign you didn't ask for.

The Person Who Just Wants a Clear Reference

You'd rather have a properly documented guide you can refer back to at any time, than have to call someone every time a question comes up.

Why "Workvera"?

💡

Work — because everything we do is about making your working life clearer, more organised, and less stressful.

Vera — from the Latin for true and genuine.

Workvera means genuine guidance for the work that matters to you.

Not inflated promises. Not vague support sessions. Just clear, honest, documented advisory — structured so you know exactly what you're getting, and structured so it genuinely works.

Real advice. Real documentation. Real results. That's Workvera.

A few things we believe strongly about digital advisory

1

You deserve to know exactly what you're paying for

Every Workvera plan is clearly scoped. The deliverables are listed. The price is stated upfront. No vague "we'll see how it goes" — just a clear plan you can read and understand before you decide.

2

Documentation is the product, not a bonus

Good advisory leaves you with something you can refer back to. Notes, reports, roadmaps, guides. If our work doesn't produce something documented and genuinely useful, it hasn't done its job.

3

Plain language, always

We explain things in plain English — not technical jargon designed to make you feel dependent on us. If you can't understand what we're recommending and why, we haven't done it well enough.

4

You should always remain in control

We provide advisory. We don't take control of your devices, accounts, or digital presence. You implement — we guide. That's the right way to do it, and we won't do it any other way.

5

Small doesn't mean unimportant

Individual households and sole traders deserve the same quality of structured, professional advisory as larger businesses. Your device working properly, and your business being found online, matters just as much.

Not this. This.

How Workvera is different from the usual digital support experience

Not This
"Just call this number, they'll talk you through it." (Three times your expected cost, no documentation left behind.)
This
Every plan is priced upfront. You receive a full invoice to review before any payment is made.
Not This
"We'll need to access your device remotely." (And you lose visibility of what happens next.)
This
All advisory is delivered as structured written guidance. Your devices and accounts remain entirely under your control at all times.
Not This
"Digital presence takes 6–12 months and we can't tell you exactly what we'll do." (Vague scope. No deliverables.)
This
Every plan includes clearly listed deliverables. You know what you're getting before you agree to anything.
Not This
"We've signed you up for a monthly subscription." (You didn't realise it auto-renewed until you checked your bank statement.)
This
Monthly plans are clearly labelled as monthly. All other plans are one-time. Cancellation terms are stated clearly on every plan page.
Not This
"We'll build you a new website for £4,000." (When what you needed was a £39 review and three clear improvements.)
This
Start with exactly what you need. Our plans start from £29. Scale up only when it genuinely makes sense for you.

What changes when you have clear, structured guidance

After working with Workvera, our customers typically say things like:

"I finally understand exactly what was wrong — and have clear, documented steps to sort it."

"My business actually shows up when people search for it locally now."

"I have a proper reference document I can go back to whenever I need it."

"I knew exactly what I was paying for, and I got exactly what was promised."

In practical terms, you gain:

  • Documented guidance you can refer to at any time — not advice that disappears after a phone call
  • A clearer picture of your device, website, or online presence — with prioritised actions you can actually follow
  • A structured plan that covers exactly the period and scope you paid for
  • The confidence that comes from knowing what you're getting before you spend a penny
  • Advisory that keeps you in control — we guide, you decide and implement

Ready to get clear, structured guidance?

Whether you need help with a device, want your business found on Google, or just need a proper reference document to rely on — Workvera has a clearly scoped plan for you. Starting from £29.

Start with a single-issue device advisory (£29) and see how our structured guidance works before committing to anything longer.

Or begin with a Visibility Audit (£49) — an honest, structured review of how your business currently appears online, with a prioritised action list.

Every plan starts with a request form. No payment is taken until you've reviewed and approved your invoice.

About Workvera — FAQs

The questions we get asked most often, answered directly

Will you take control of my device or accounts?

No. All Workvera advisory is delivered as structured written guidance. We never request, accept, or hold access to your devices, accounts, passwords, or software. You remain in complete control throughout. We guide — you implement, at your own pace.

When do I actually pay?

Never upfront through an anonymous form. You choose a plan, submit your details, and our team sends a full invoice to your email within 24 hours. You pay by card or bank transfer only after you've reviewed the invoice and are happy to proceed. Nothing is charged automatically.

What if I'm not sure which plan to choose?

Our Plans page is organised by service area with a clear navigation guide at the top. If you're still unsure, the entry-level plans (£29–£49) are a low-risk way to start. They give you a clear, documented output — and once you've seen how our advisory works, you can decide if a longer plan makes sense.

  • Device issue → Essential Issue Advisory (£29)
  • Google visibility → Visibility Audit (£49)
  • Website performance → Website Health Review (£39)
  • Reference document → Home Office Reference Kit (£29)
Is Workvera a real UK company?

Yes. Workvera Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our registered company number, registered address, and contact details are displayed in the footer of every page on this website and in every invoice we issue. You can verify our registration at Companies House at any time.

What is your refund policy?

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided advisory has not yet commenced and a guide has not yet been delivered to your email. Once access begins or a guide is delivered, the plan period is non-refundable. Monthly plans require 7 days' written notice before the next billing date.

Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I buy a plan on behalf of my business?

Yes. Plans can be purchased by individuals or on behalf of a registered business. If you need the invoice addressed to your company, or require specific documentation for business accounts, mention this in the request form and our team will accommodate your requirements.

How is advisory delivered?

All advisory is delivered by email as structured written documentation. Digital guides are delivered as formatted PDF documents. Advisory plans include documented responses, reports, and structured notes as specified in each plan's listed deliverables. Everything is sent to your registered email address — nothing requires you to be available at a specific time.

Where should I start if I'm not sure what I need?

Visit our Plans page — it's organised by service area with a navigation guide at the top. Start with the area that's causing you the most difficulty right now.

  • Device or printer not cooperating → Device & Printer Advisory
  • Business not appearing on Google → Digital Presence Advisory
  • Website not performing → Website Advisory & Management
  • Want a reference document to keep → Digital Reference Kits
