When you purchase an advisory plan, our team researches your specific situation based on what you describe in the request form. We write a structured document covering our analysis of the situation and a clear resolution or improvement sequence — formatted with numbered steps, headings, notes, and a reference section — and send it to your email. The document is yours to keep permanently and refer back to at any time, at your own pace.

No — this is an absolute boundary. Workvera does not repair hardware of any kind, take remote control of any device, access any account, login, or file, make changes to any website, or modify any online listing or profile on your behalf.

Everything we produce is written advisory documentation. You implement the guidance yourself, on your own equipment, in your own accounts. You retain complete ownership and control of your devices and your digital environment at all times. If you are looking for hands-on IT support, managed device services, or a web agency that makes direct changes — those are different service types provided by different kinds of companies.

Individuals are fully welcome — a significant portion of Workvera's customers are home users, retirees, freelancers, and people managing personal devices and home office setups rather than registered businesses. All plans are available to individuals and businesses alike. The invoice can be addressed to either.

Advisory plans are personalised services. You describe your specific situation and our team produces written guidance tailored directly to your issue, your device, your business, or your website. The document you receive addresses your circumstances specifically.

Reference kits are pre-produced, professionally formatted PDF guides. They are comprehensive and carefully written — but they cover their subject in general. They are not personalised to your situation. Think of them as a thorough reference book rather than a personal consultation. Many customers purchase a reference kit first to understand the landscape, then purchase an advisory plan when they have a specific issue requiring direct, personalised guidance.

Delivery timelines from the point of payment confirmation:

• Digital Reference Kits — delivered by email within a few hours, typically the same day
• Essential Issue Advisory and Website Health Review — delivered within 24–48 hours
• Visibility Audit — delivered within 2–3 business days
• Longer advisory plans — first response within 24–48 hours; ongoing advisory throughout the plan period

All delivery timeframes are measured from payment confirmation. Advisory is delivered asynchronously to your email — you are never required to be available at a specific time.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided advisory has not yet commenced. "Commenced" means that structured written guidance has been produced and sent to your email address. Once advisory has commenced, the plan is non-refundable because the time and expertise invested in producing it cannot be reclaimed.

Digital Reference Kits are non-refundable once the PDF has been delivered, as they are digital goods delivered on payment confirmation. Monthly Maintenance Advisory requires 7 days' written notice of cancellation before the next billing date. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Yes. Plans from different service areas are independent and can be purchased simultaneously or at different times. For example, you might purchase an Essential Issue Advisory for a printer problem at the same time as a Visibility Audit for your business's Google presence. Each purchase generates a separate invoice and is managed independently.
